Positive: Big and spacious. Has everything you need. Good value for money.
Negative: It’s a weird company house with an office in the entrance and on the side of a large factory looking building. The building is located in a parking lot of some company/business with construction vehicles. It feels a bit sketchy to stay in the place like you do not know if someone will let themselves into the hallway to enter the office.
Summary: Big and spacious duplex in a factory building.
